My husband and I already replaced the entire heating system, including new boiler and all new copper lines, cores were replaced on the radiators, valves were rebuilt, etc. We live in an area where the winter is quite brutal and we needed to get the heat running so we could work and so that the plaster and drywall mud could dry. The only problem was that in our haste, we didn't strip the paint when we had them dismantled. Although we regret not doing it when we had the chance, it still needs to be done. So, we will not be replacing the heating system with forced heat or baseboard radiated heat. We just want to remove the paint. Thanks anyway for your comments, Jim.
