I need to replace my forty year old furnance. I live in an all brick home with good insulation and a new roof. The house is 1500 square feet.
I live in Michigan so long cold winters are a way of life. I would like to have a furnance installed with at least 90% efficiency.
I also need to know what size furnance I need in terms of output.
I quess I am most interested in the middle of quality and price. I will appreciate any help you can give me.
