I had to remove an edge of my glued Pergo flooring to add more pieces. The only way I could find possible to do this was to runs a utility knife down the seam of the last plank to cut just deep enough to reach the main layer then I chiselled the laminate off being careful not to crack the planks I wanted to save. After that I broke away the end plank and used a dremel to remove the remaining sawdust and glue to expose the lip. After many hours I was able to connect the new planks. Good luck!
