Repairing Holes in Ceramic Tile

Hi all,

Thank you in advance for your assistance with my question.

In taking down a sliding glass door on our bathtub, 1/4" holes were left in six ceramic tiles. There are no replacement tiles (they're about 50 years old.)

I'm looking at replacing these individual tiles with decorative tiles; however, the pattern it would require would be very odd and I'd like to try to "repair" four of the tiles to allow a more even pattern in the room.

Do any of you have any suggestions on products or techniques to use when attempting to plug holes in ceramic tile and match the coloring/surface texture to the existing tiles? I've got a good eye for coloring and paint; but, haven't a clue as to whether any such products exist.

Thanks much,
