I am purchasing a house which was probably constructed in 1817. This house is in SW Indiana where finding a house of that age is very unusual. The house is about 4000 square feet and in fairly good livable condition. However, the exterior needs help, interior plaster is 'iffy' and numerous changes and "improvements" have been made over time. How do I get this home considered for the show? Interesting point: the house has great showplace potential, is in a town of less than 1500 people, and I am paying $58,000!! I plan to open a small antique shop in one of the gigantic rooms. Thank you so much for any help you could give me.
