Removing the Dirt

Appreciate the insight. One thing I should have mentioned is that the footer goes down to about 8-8.5 feet already. It almost appears that the house was set up for a basement in the first place but it was built with a crawl space. WRT the plumbing, that and the wiring shouldn't be too bad since the 750 sqft section I'm talking about only has a couple of pipes to relocate and wiring will only be notched up into the floor joists. What I'm most concerned about is whether I need to be concerned with static pressure on the section of wall that now has dirt on both sides and, the biggest problem, of efficiently removing the dirt (conveyor, wheelbarrow, other) based on experience that other people have.
