If you are dealing with plaster walls and no drywall you can use PEEL AWAY I to remove the paint and wall paper in one application. Add a pint of water to a on e gallon bucket, apply the material and cover it with the paper which comes with the product. Dwell time would probably be about 4/5 hours (your test areas will make this determination). This is an expensive method of removal but it works. Visit the web site at
