removing paint from glass

Carmen, if it is paint, one thing does the best job of all the things I've ever tried and that is a sharp knife or razor blade. Something like a single edge razor blade, preferably in a holder like a Widget, an X-Acto knife or something similarly sharp and held at a low angle to the glass should make short work of any actual paint. I don't think that I have ever seen actual paint fired onto glass. Porcelain on metal is similar but obviously different.
