Removing old construction adhesive from bathroom wall.

Posted by Lowe on time on January 12th, 2001 07:17 PM

Well from what I have seen, the theory of the heat gun reigns supreme. I am trying to remove construction adhesive from a plaster wall (3 to be exact) and the ole putty knife is just taking forever to get much done, plus I think I'm running low on elbow grease and patience. I have used some good ole water to saturate the adhesive and it seems to get behind the adhesive, but it still hasn't saved me that much work. I don't plan on changing my name to Manuel Labor or hire the man himself, so any quick fix to my problem is welcome news to me. Thanks a million
