removing lanolium

Thanks for answer my questions thusfar.I prob will have alot as im moving in to my grandmothers old place and nothing has been done since 1975 except for a few coats of paint.

the floor in the kitchen has awful green lanolium.Am i better off going over this or what is involved in i dealing with asbestos agian?if i rip the lanolium off i cant imagine what is underneith
