I'm not sure I understand the problem. If you are removing the entire floor, you can start anywhere and work your way to the cabinets. I assume you glued the Pergo, so you will have to saw pieces with a circular saw set to the depth of the Pergo. When you get to the cabinets, you should be able to pull out what's left (assuming that you laid the floor UP TO the cabints in the first place. If you put the cabinets on top of the Pergo (bad boy!), you will not get close enough with a circular saw. A small grinder with a cut-off blade will work. You might try a Fein Multimaster with a carbide blade. Good luck.
