Boy is this your lucky day! I had the same problem on my front porch. The answer is a 50-50 blend of bleach and water. Worked Great! You may need to lightly scrub the stubborn stuff, but my black mold left and never came back! What a country. Works great on white vinyl patio furniture and fencing.
