I could give you a great challenge!

We recently bought a house from a friend that is really not what I want--ceilings are low and it's way too small. My husband is very loyal to this friend we bought the house from and unwilling to look for a different home (the friend's father built the home in 1954, with cynder blocks as walls)
We are in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is great and could never afford what we really want in Cambridge.
I realize you may get email like this often, but am hoping you come take a look at our home. I have great ideas, but lack the cash to put those ideas to use.

By the way, we have remodeled the kitchen.

Thank you for your consideration,

Rayna Wynn
