What does rehoning mean? You said to use buffer and diamond pads, but do you need any chemicals or do you just buff? How do you know when the flor is "rehoned." What type of surface am I looking for. We are doing this ourselves because professional marble people said that it costs so much to have the floor refinished that it would be cheaper to get an entirely new floor. We really want to keep what we have though.
