regrout tile shower

The bathroom attached to our master bedroom is a tiled shower, NO TUB. Noticed water leak two days ago, seems the tiles need to be regrouted (only around the floor). Though it's only a year and a half since we remodelled our bathroom already require regrouting. The grout on the walls seem to be ok, the area that require regrouting or notice cracks is the joint of the wall and the floor. So, must regrout all 4 sides including the side that has the sliding door.
Need help : can I just caulk those corners with silicon caluk to seal the leak or should I remove all the grout and regrout. If I should regrout - are there any pre mixed grout that I can buy and apply over the cracks.
