I have wood floors through out most of my house. Some have water spots on them, other just scratches. For the past two year they seem to have gotten dull and really bad looking. I have checked into renting a sander to refinish them but that can be very expensive! and very time consuming.

Do you have any suggestions on how Ican resolve this with not as much expense?

I have thought about polyurathanes and waxes, what would you suggest for these high traffice floors of mine?
