Look in the back room of second hand stores, Goodwill, Salvation Army, the paper, garage sales and etc. You can probably find a dilapidated crib cheap with usable hardware a sight cheaper than you'll pay new considering you'll need rails, kick mechanism and frame. Ask have an acquaintance I'll bet that would give you a great deal on a crib out of their garage or attic. Luck, Kizmet
