Recharge The Air Chambers....

It could be that you have air chambers that are waterlogged. That is, they are filled with water and need to be drained.
Shut off your water at the source. Turn on both the hot and cold water in your kitchen sink. Now open both the hot and cold in your tub so that you hear air "sucking" back in your kitchen faucets. Let your pipes drain for 1 to 2 minutes. Shut off all the faucets and turn the water back on. This should recharge the air back in your air chambers (if you have them) and stop the vibration.
