Work like that is best done through a High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) system. You can buy an epoxy kit from home depot that is made for porcelain or ceramic but your best bet if you want the washer and dryer to look new again is to hire a Reglazing technician..

A good one should charge no more than 3 hundred and no less than 2 hundred dollars to do the job.
