re: end rafter wall not in line with last rafter..doesit matter?

I am making a garden house. It is 11 x 14 with a gable roof and a 8/12 pitch.

I have put up all the walls, and rafters (2x8) and for some reason the roof is out 3/4" out (too long on one side, too short on the other) when I line-up the gable end and the last rafter.

2 questions:

1) When I look at it from the ground it does not look that 'out' and I know that the siding will cover-up this mistake. Is there a strength issue if the roof/rafter is out by 3/4"? (side note: the ceiling on the inside is open on one half of the building, but I am putting ceiling joists (2x6) to support a 'loft'(5 ft. wide) to place some garden furniture and stuff up and out of the way. Nothing too heavy, but the 2x6 will 16" o.c. with 3/4 ply going on top of the celing joists.

2)If I need to have the rafter line up perfectly with the gable end wall becasue of the bearing load, any suggestions on how to move it with only one person?

thanks for any suggestion,

mark
