No connection or experience with this place, but http://www.cornerhardware.com/ says they have the replacement switch for the Ace in the Hole.
My neighbor's switch failed after 7 years; I'm not sure if that is good, bad, or average. In my opinion, 7-8 years is replacement time anyway.
As far as the quality of the battery operated pumps go, I think they are pretty poor overall.
The Zoeller Aquanot pedestal pump looks better than most, and I know someone who has one problem-free. However, this is a unit you're unlikely to find anywhere except through a plumber.
I've used Basement Watchdog, too. They are plastic DC pumps like the rest. I'd place all these backup pumps above the normal high waterline if sump configuration permits. It will prolong the life if they are not expanding and contracting as they get submerged and exposed by water as the primary AC pump operates.
