I purchased this paint from my local Home Depot Store along with the recommended rollers, etc. After painting one small wall of a hallway (which by the way I used as a "guinea pig" before tackling our living room)I was very unhappy with the result. I took no only the unused paint but also the opened can and the used rollers back to Home Depot and received a full refund. For those of you out there that are equally as unhappy and have received no satisfaction from the Ralph Lauren 800 number, just remember that Home Depot has a "customer satisfaction guarantee" and you should at least make the attempt to get a refund. I was still out my time but at least I got my money back for the paint. I choose Glidden paint and the results were great. Since then I have sponge painted our kitchen, rag-rolled and stenciled the stairway and am planning to "crackle" the living room. The colors of the Ralph Lauren paints do not match the chips, the medium of the paint is not consistent from one gallon to the next and overall the quality versus the price is ridiculous. So to all of you do-it-yourselfers like me, go with what you know and you'll be happier in the long run. Good luck!
