First let me say my application in the Kitchen with RL Prairie Fire. It was the truest in color of any brand I've used and that's about all of them. Next came the Dining room, hall, entry, and stairway. We chose RL Rosted Hawthorne. The overlap streaks showed! My fault for overlapping too far as done with normal paints. I found three solutions. First don't overwork the paint but spread it in all directions. Ensuring a thick coat leaves it wet as you go to the next 28" strip. The second solution is don't overlap more than about 1/4". The next solution is to take a quality hair paint brush and apply paint first in a cieling to floor strip. Then spread that sideways. This approach works fine and smooths the section overlap. I might add I don't always get those overlaps but I do get some. The thrid solution has really worked well for me. I only have to put the two coats on also. The biggest result is a happy wife! I hope this helps those who like the paint but not the results (sometimes).
