I would check to see if the air has been blead out of the system. Typically each radiator will need this once a season. Every time you put water into the boiler to refill the system to at least 12 psi, the water carries with it a certain amount of air. This air needs to be removed as it stratifies in the radiator. Each radiator has a bleed valve on the radiator.
