Radiant heat-Water is the way.

Dear Stella, radiant heat heats objects not air. That's why it's more comfortable for people, and definitely easier on the checkbook. I'm sure Harold will agree.

Great advice from all the guys, and if you want or need more help getting new heating installed, please go to log on to "The Wall" and check out "Find a Contractor".

I've been a daily visitor/contributor to The Wall for over four years now and the guys who give free help there, are like the fellows here, they are the best in the country at what they do.

Zoned, hot water radiant, is the only way to go.

And please, don't heat your DHW in tanks, conserve energy and use a tankless water heater. Thats my $0.02 worth.
