Bob, I work as a Journeyman Plumber. My boss is one of the best in the Northeast in installation of Radiant Heating systems.(as a matter of fact,he has consulted with Richard (Trathewey?) for some of the "This Old House" projects) I want to know how to "sell" these highly efficient systems to the customer. They ARE expensive to install,but comparatively,are less expensive in operating costs over the long run. Most perspective customers(and their Banks) don't look at the long term benefits.Any assistance from you or your staff would be appreciated.
