Be sure to have a heat estimate of the room done. there might not be enough heat from the floor to satisfy the heat requirement for a room with a high ceiling as the walls and windows can present more surface than the floor alone can heat. You might have to add baseboard (there are some flat aluminum baseboards of low output that look just like boards) The extra heat could also be added to the hydro-air along with the ducted cooling.
