I found a sears radial arm saw that was sitting outside for years in the rain and everything else.I have cleaned it all up and have everything working except it is sitting at a 5degree angle and i cant get it to rotate to 0degrees.On the front of the radial arm is a turn knob and a handle that pulls back either when you loosen the knob or if you pull this handle back when the knob is this how you would rotate the arm back to the 0degree mark?? I have oiled everything up and have the motor turning sideways for rip cuts and i can do angle cuts and i can raise and lower the back of the saw but just cant turn it to 0degrees for a straight cut. thanks
