YES! In my mind that would be the main reason for having to go through all the trouble of putting down wood floor - to be able to put some insulation down and have a really toasty floor and room. I would use the pink or blue stuff that comes 1" thick. I believe that it is 22.5" or 2' wide, so you may need to rip it if you have 16" O/C sleepers (easy to do with razor knife). 1" thick is R Value of 5, so in addition to probably R-2 (??) of 3/4" OSB your floor will be a cozy R 7 (approx.) plus whatever you put on top of it. COZY! I don't see any reason to NOT do it...
