To get me up to speed, you have posts in the ground with beams sitting on top of the posts, then your joists are on the beams on 14 OC. Is this correct.

According to my span tables, your beams should be no more that 5 feet apart, so that the joists 2x6's are suspended only 5 feet increments.

Your posts are in the ground far enough as far as the Southern Region of USA is concerned, but your location depends on the frost line or depth. The decking is 2 x 6 which is good.

I am alittle concerned about the beam spacing and if the beams are sitting on the posts or carriage bolted to the sides of the posts???

Glad to help.

I think you appreciate the water weight when full, the container weight, and then the human weight.

All this support allows of course to support this weight and to keep the water level in the tub. Your water in the spa can become a level and if off it just looks bad.
