Hi Dodgeman,

Just curious - Would the addition of 1, or more, sheets of glass/plexi make a difference if the window(s) were facing south (getting direct sunlight) vs. facing north (where for the sake of arguement they won't get direct sunlight)?

What I'm envisioning is how quickly the heat transfer from the inside glass to the outside glass would take (via the air gap of course) in a north-facing window. In other words, is there any insulation value in the air gap between windows that face north? Would, say, 3 pieces of glass do better in this scenario vs. 2?

Happy Holidays to you and yours.
