Try a product called Goof-Off. Very carefully use
Q-tips soaked in the stuff, and dab a small area
at a time. You will go through lots of the Q-tips, and it will never completely get it all up,
but it will greatly diminish the stain. It will
however dull the finish in that area, so you might
have to apply some poly over the area to shine it
back up. Then throw away the purple primer, and go
buy the same stuff, which now comes in a clear
