Well.. the only problem that you might have is if the toilet drain line is pvc, then you will hear a lot of noise as the water rushes down.. I replaces my original drain pipes with pvc but kep the toilet line with cast iron pipe, its much easier to work with if you ever need to put in a new outlet line. But make sure that the pipes are atleast a 2" in diam. for easy flow.
