I use NETSCAPE for my Brower. When I visited Grainger.com, it 'complained' that I was either using a 'Non-supported Browser' (go figure), or I didn't have my cookies set. I don't have my cookies set so I'll be damn if I'm gonna set them just to prove that was the problem.
In short, if they want my business where I HAVE to have my cookies set, then I'll try to make-do w/o them. (Just my perspective.) It baffles me to think you'd have to have your cookies set just to 'poke around'. If they want to know what their Users think of their site, how 'bout ASKING THEM (like the good folks at BV.com did on another 'matter' ...) Geesh!!!
