Tracy, Steve: and I don't always agree on things but I think we both agree that it can be difficult to tell the gender of a person just by their first name. You might want to tell Tracy Scroggins that "Tracy" is always female. Here's a page with some info on Tracy Scroggins-- .
And with regulars like Suzanne and Deanna, I'm sure that we know that females can and do build things.

I work in sales. On being introduced to a female Tracy, I have to ask how the name is spelled; Tracy, Traci, or even Tracie. To write a business letter to them, I have to ask is that Miss, Mrs. or Ms. And it ain't easy for a boy named Sue, either.
