Problem walls

I remodeled the kids bathroom a few years ago. I notice a few months ago that the paint is blistering in several areas. I prepared the walls to the paints requirements. The blistering is occuring behind the light fixture above the sink and in several places on the side and back walls. The bathroom has no windows and is ventalated via a ceiling exhaust fan. Any suggestions on a fix.
