The problem is also that your post above leaves out important information that you added below in another post at this location.

In that post you specifically state that 4 other stores would replace them and one started to do so and you told them all no. You weren't screwed by those 4 stores. You had your chances and probably still have them and you made your own decision. Your complaining post above conveniently leaves that out which then misrepresents the truth. If you are going to inform, then inform with the truth. I welcome any reader to try "control F" and search for "tool" and the whole conversation shows up so they can read more and I assume common sense will prevail.

If you don't like your local store, go picket them, take them to court, or take yourself to counseling. Good luck.
