I work at a hotel and we are remodeling the bathrooms in it. After stripping the bathrooms and fixing any problem walls, we use pro-blocker to prime the repaired parts. Pro-Blocker has a different smell than most paints, but the odor usually goes away after about a day. Never had any long term smells from using the stuff.
