priming flat walls...

I've worked at a Benjamin Moore dealer for several years, and I've got to ask you why you're priming the walls in the first place. If they're in good shape (you didn't have to do a lot of patching or filling,) are not stained or previously painted with oil-based paint (if you're top-coating with latex) odds are good that you don't need a primer at all. (I'm in Alberta, Canada, so don't worry about me trying to sell you something...)
