Our church has a small, 3 foot high wall made from concrete block and covered with a thin layer of mortor. It was painted when constructed 5 years ago, and now the lime from the concrete is bleeding through. We primed it with Kilz Premium. I called Kilz tech serices and was told that their product would not stop the bleeding. They recommended using a shellac or Zinzer product to stop the bleeding. What would you recommend? Thanks, Ed
