The problem is not so much the paint, but the preparation. If you want to try patching the problem areas degrease & scrub them 1st, then rinse & dry well. I'm asked about painting garage floors a lot & I always advise leaving them alone. Even if you can get the coating to stick OK the abrasive nature of sand between the wheel & the floor grinds the coating off. There's also the problem with coated floors being slippery when wet, which has caused untold injuries.
