for resale value(i sell homes), I am putting down pavers this year with a paver coping, cemented around the perimeter. I've had plaster and I've had paint. I am now going for a liner. Re plastering will stain and need to be redone in 10-15 years. Painting - is an on going headache! If not prepared properly, (like a two months prior to my wedding, in our yard), it will blister and cause you to have to have it sandblasted, then repainted or re plastered! In my mid 40's-if i stay here until i'm 65, i don't want to have to do this all over again! Mid state liners in E. Brunswick is who i chose for a liner because of the over 20 local recommendations i've received and seen.
