I am trying to refurbish an old cement pool that is severly pitting, and leaking around the bottom drain. The pool is painted and the paint is bubbling. We have tried powerwashing, sand blasting, filling in the pitted area, repainting and numerous other temporary fixes. I have consulted Rhino Liners, Local pool distributers, and the pool is too big for them and they feel that they could not do an adequate job that would work.

I have heard that I could grind down to the bare cement reseal it, put a layer of fiberglass coating and paint it.

The pool is an odd shape (35 X 45) and 12' deep at one end.

Could you please suggest any thing for me I would greatly appreciate it. Also, where I could purchase the products to repair the pool.

I would like a liner for the pool but since it is a different shape, what possible solutions are out there for me.

Thank you,

Judy Lewis
