with pole barn construction, you place the poles, build the side supports and place the trusses. Then poor the floor. I used a post tension slab system. Generally, the post tension system is superior to the reinforced concrete on a standard footing. Often post tension is used when the site has a high water table and a conventional footing is not possible.
