If there are stops at the head jam, remove them. If there are side jams, remove at least one of them so the door can swing a little when you've got it off the tracks.

Sometimes, you can remove just the trim (stops) to get the door out. There are a few ways to do this depending in the pocket door. Here's a link that may help you. Anatomy of a Pocket Door.
