My husband and I have the chance to buy a 2200 sq. ft. house. It has a well and septic that is piped to the house but that is all. The house has 3full baths and 1 half. About how much money would it cost to have the piping installed for this size of a house? It's a new construction and only the shell of the house is complete and sub floor. It needs to be wired for electricity and dry-walled also. We have about 30,000. to play with but I'm afraid it's not enough to make the house livable. Can you give me a rough estimate?
