Best of Luck with the house is FULL of them. 10 years ago I tried to remove them and the glue, was horrible. I ended up pulling the walls to the studs and replacing the drywall. For the ceiling, I popped the tiles and laid 1/8" drywall over it and began anew. Now I'm starting the kitchen which is partially tiled with the stuff and some of it has been painted. I don't want to pull the walls, so I think I'm going to sand the paint to get rid of the brush marks and try a heavy gloss paint to try to make it not only look better, but clean easier. If there's a new product out there to remove the glue EASILY, I would LOVE to hear about it!
