None of it is really harmful - but if you breathe in a lot of dust, you're sure to have problems (a cold, bronchitus, severe cough) wear a dustmask (in fact, wear two dustmasks if you're using the cheap, paper ones.) Also if it gets in your eyes it can be irritating. And you should wear long sleves and pants or else you'll get a lot of superficial scratches that will itch like crazy. ... but it's not toxic and won't do any long-term harm to you.
