I FOUND THESE FULL D0-IT-YOURSELF PLANS AT HANDYMANWIRE. tHEY WERE DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE AND OF THE VARIOOUS SIZES OF BED FRAMES REQUIRED BY MOST UNIVERSITIES. BEFORE CUTTING AND BILDING IT THOUGH, MEASURE THE LENGTH AND WIDTH OF YOUR BED FRAME OR MATTRESS AS DESCRIBED IN THEIR PLANS. ITEMS NEEDED LISTED HERE BUT GO TO THE SITE AND YOU WILL SEE SPECIFIC PICTURES AND FULL STEP BY STEP PLANS. YOU WILL NEED
QTY ITEM DESC
-48 1 1/2" WOOD SCREWS
-4 2x6x80"OR TO FIT*
-32 3/8"x4" CARRIAGE BOLTS/NUTS
-32 REGULAR WASHERS
-32 LOCK WASHER
-40 3" WOOD SCREWS
-8 2x6x48"*
-4 3/4" PLYWOOD (9"xx37")
-4 2x6x34" *(OR TO FIT)
** 10 8' 2x6s WILL COVER THESE ITEMS

REMEMBER, IF YOU ARE MODIFYING THE PLANS TO ELIMINNATE THE BOTTOM BUNK, YOU GET 1 LESS 2x6 AND 4 FEWER BOLTS. I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL, AGAIN, IT IS HANDDYYMANWIRE FOR THE COMPLETE STEP BY STEP COMPLETE WITH DOWNLOADABLE AND PRINTABLE FREE COMPLETELY FREE PLANS.
