I am definately not a person to ask questions concerning concrete, but I would think that any floor levelor would solve your concerns for the SHORT TIME, but would not last the tire rubbing, the dripping of oil, the solvents that are inherent to a garage floor and the temperatures.

If your so concerned about pitting in your garage, consider having it specially painted, special outdoor carpeting, or something that would hide the effect.

Wait for others to jump on.

Key Point: The garage floor is a very high maintenance area and high traffic area with very special needs.
